We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel experienced in providing legal support to TechOps Pharma as well as for IT projects.

Senior Legal Counsel (TechOps/IT) 100% Administration / HR / Consulting / CEO Rheinfelden Your key responsibilities- Support of the General Counsel, the Head of Legal & Compliance in various legal matters.
- Responsible for all legal aspects of the Technical Operations such as the review & negotiation of pharmaceutical-related manufacturing contracts, including CMO and Supply agreements.
- Independently lead TechOPS-related legal projects and transactions, including the supply aspects of M&A and Business Development & Licensing.
- Negotiate complex agreements; manage disputes and litigation and assist management decisions by providing robust legal advice and risk assessments.
- Advise on technology and digitalisation related agreements in compliance with data privacy laws.
- Master of Law, preferably with Swiss or European Bar Exam.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in an international environment (law firm and/or industry)
- Relevant experience and expertise
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated to work in a performance related environment
- An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- High level of efficiency and attention to detail
