Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Tillotts Pharma AG. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal support to our TechOps and IT projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance in various legal matters.
- Lead legal projects and transactions related to TechOps, including supply chain management and contract negotiation.
- Negotiate complex agreements and manage disputes and litigation.
- Provide robust legal advice and risk assessments to support management decisions.
- Advise on technology and digitalization-related agreements in compliance with data privacy laws.
- Master of Law, preferably with Swiss or European Bar Exam.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in an international environment (law firm and/or industry).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated to work in a performance-related environment.
- Independent and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment.
