**Brand Field Manager Rheumatologie %) - Region Deutschschweiz**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Rheuma ist eine chronische entzündliche Erkrankung welcher sehr komplex ist. Um Patienten in den unterschiedlichen Krankheitsstadien hinsichtlich Diagnosezeitraum und Behandlungseskalation optimal zu unterstützen, suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Aussendienstteam.
- Besuche von Apotheken und Hausärzten sowie Netzwerke in beiden Bereichen
- Verankerung durch Wissensvermittlung von neuen Therapieoptionen in Präsentationen (Einzelgespräche & Trainings für Gruppen)Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse der Kunden mit einem Win-Win-Ansatz
- Kontinuierliche Ermittlung relevanter Marktinformationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den VertriebskollegInnen in der Koordination sämtlicher Aussendienstaktivitäten im zugeteilten Marktgebiet
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketing Team für die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketing
- und Trainingsmaterialien
- Entwicklung eines umfassenden, auf Schlüsselkunden, ausgerichteten Einsatzplanes inkl. regelmässige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung

**Ihr Profil**:
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

- Höherer Abschluss in Naturwissenschaften oder Krankenpflege bevorzugt
- Idealerweise vertiefte Kenntnisse von Produkten und Therapien
- Erfahrung im Verkauf und/oder Marketing in einer Pharmabranche oder Apotheker/in / Pharmaassistent/in
- Proaktive und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Eigenmotivation, um diesen neuen Ansatz in Ihrer Region zu entwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Idealerweise Englisch/Französischkenntnisse
- Beherrschung von MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten für die Beurteilung der Umsatzentwicklung bei Kunden und in den Regionen
