We offer a challenging and interesting full-time position as a personal assistant to the Head Advisory & Sales WM Europe based in Zürich.

You will provide full administrative and organizational support for extensive diary management including preparation and coordination on internal and external meetings and video conference as well as related international travels.

You will be given the chance to bring in your outstanding organizational skills and proactive ideas in supporting many of the day-to-day activities in the overall Advisory & Sales department and by preparing leadership meetings and workshops.

In this role you will also need to ensure diligent handling of monitoring and controlling tasks around expenses, systems access, working hours and supervisory controls.

Your skills and experience

  • A Successful track record of minimum 3 years as a Personal Assistant in the financial industry, ideally at Credit Suisse
  • You have a passion for working in an international and dynamic environment
  • You possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
  • Responsibility for the efficient support in all organizational and administrative tasks, such as calendar management, travel organization, expense management, team support
  • Coordination with internal and external interfaces
  • Excellent MS office outlook skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and German required.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and take care of a number of tasks simultaneously and pay close attention to high quality and detail, demonstrating assertiveness and respecting the highest confidentiality at all times
