You are a communications specialist who is passionate about sustainability topics, drives projects and wants to learn more about corporate communications and reporting of a listed company? Then you may be interested in the open position of Group Communications Intern at Lindt & Sprüngli.

Reporting to the Group Sustainability Communications Manager, you will be a member of the Group Communications team based at Lindt & Sprüngli's headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland.

Amidst a changing regulatory environment and increasing sustainability reporting requirements, you will have the opportunity to shape the communication of an international listed company and its premium chocolate brands.

By supporting a full annual sustainability reporting cycle from initial concept to final product, you will gain relevant and sought-after experience.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support project management of annual sustainability report
  • Support all sustainabilityrelated communication projects and tasks
  • Update all sustainabilityrelevant communication material, including websites, presentations, brochures, holding statements, etc.
  • Support the preparation of sustainability communication guidelines
  • Content creation (briefings, articles, videos, brochures, etc.)
  • Coordination of subsidiary inquiries and support with media and other inquiries
  • Organization and support of corporate events
  • Editing and reviewing of media releases / answers to media inquiries
  • External communication with media and daily media monitoring

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Student (Bachelor or Master) in Communication, Journalism, or a related area
  • First professional experience in corporate communications, journalism, sustainability communication or related area
  • Strong affinity for sustainability matters (understanding of the cocoa industry is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently but as a strong team player
  • Being able to work crossfunctional
  • High standards of quality
