YOUR ROLE

To boost our Financial Services Practice, we seek Consultants with expertise in Private Banking to guide clients through digital transformation. Your responsibilities include liaising with internal teams, streamlining processes, and offering strategic advice to clients.

  • Establishing a robust framework infused with Capgemini's proven methodology;
  • Collaborating with various internal units like Front, Middle, and Back office teams to gather necessary information for client onboarding and KYC processes;
  • Evaluating Onboarding & KYC workflows, suggesting process harmonization where feasible, and aligning procedures with vendor solutions;
  • Identifying areas for process optimization to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and reduce costs;
  • Analyzing the gaps between target solution processes and practical implementation;
  • Conducting workshops with a diverse set of stakeholders with varied perspectives.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in consulting, showcasing a track record of excellence;
  • Thorough grasp of Private Banking IT systems (particularly Wealth Management), alongside best practices, private banking processes (onboarding, data management, CRM/CLM, KYC/AML, data governance), and business operations, compliance, and risk management;
  • Hands-on experience in CRM solutions implementation for Wealth Management, e.g., Finantix, WDX, is advantageous;
  • Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders;
  • Capable of working independently, with minimal supervision, and delivering results;
  • Proficiency in English and French.
