A reputable Private Banking client based in Geneva is seeking a Junior Private Banking Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic chance to delve into the Swiss private banking industry, collaborating with experienced professionals and engaging with UHNW clients.

This role involves significant client interaction, so your skill in fostering relationships will be highly valued.


This temporary opportunity spans 6 months, with a potential extension, and an immediate start date.

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Support Senior Private Bankers by providing performance data and updating client information
  • Assist Bankers with daily tasks such as handling documentation for account activities, loan processes, etc.
  • Manage client documentation for KYC/AML compliance and ensure thorough record-keeping
  • Assist UHNW clients with inquiries and requests
  • Scan and organize various documentation (e.g., physical mail, account opening paperwork)
  • Aid in audit requests, transfers, and Swift transactions

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in the banking/financial services field, preferably around 1 year; internships also considered
  • Fundamental knowledge of banking products and compliance regulations is advantageous
  • Ability to handle multiple demands within tight deadlines, proficient in multitasking
  • Effective communication skills across different organizational levels and with clients
  • Fluent in English
