YOUR ROLE

To support our Financial Services Practice, we seek Consultants specializing in Private Banking to aid clients in digital transformation. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal partners, reviewing processes, and advising on improvements.

  • Establishing a framework based on experience and Capgemini's methodology;
  • Coordinating with internal partners to gather required information for client onboarding and KYC production;
  • Reviewing Onboarding & KYC processes, advising on convergence and alignment with vendor solutions;
  • Identifying process improvements to reduce risks and costs;
  • Analysing solution gaps and driving workshops with diverse stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years' consulting experience in Private Banking and expertise record;
  • Strong Private Banking IT system understanding and knowledge of best practices;
  • Experience with CRM solutions like Finantix and WDX is beneficial;
  • Excellent communication, ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders;
  • Autonomous, proactive, and efficient work style;
  • Proficiency in English and French.
