Assistant Private Banking In Geneva

Our client, a well-known Private Bank in Geneva, is in need of a Private Banking Assistant who is fluent in Russian and English, and has previous experience in Geneva.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage account openings, closings, archiving, and filing
  • Communicate regularly with clients about investment performance and promptly address any issues
  • Handle client queries professionally through various channels
  • Ensure high-quality client reporting and resolve related issues
  • Support business development through presentations and marketing materials
  • Assist in sales process reporting
  • Help Relationship Managers offer top-notch service to clients and boost assets and revenue
  • Coordinate diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Branch Manager
  • Organize and attend meetings, ensuring preparedness of the manager
  • Monitor cash positions and maturities for non-managed clients
  • Execute specific projects, research, and assist in marketing events
  • Train new assistants

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Private Banking Assistant in Switzerland
  • Commercial School education, preferably with a banking apprenticeship
  • Knowledge of FATCA, Taxes, KYC, and Cross-Border regulations
  • Fluency in English and Russian; extra languages are beneficial
  • Strong team player who performs well under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Effective communication and critical thinking abilities
