Customer Service & Replenishment Support
Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Lieferantenkorrespondenz, einschließlich Einholung von Angeboten
- Erstellen und Pflegen von korrekten Lieferantendaten mit Hilfe der vorgegebenen Systeme SAP, MDM
- Abwicklung von Reklamationen über fehlerhaft gelieferte Materialien (Material, Gebinde, etc.) an Lieferanten und Kontrolle der Ersatzlieferungen und/ oder Gutschriften
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Logistikdienstleister
- Organisieren von Farbreklamationen und Verschrottungen
- Jährliche Rückvergütungen/ Boni für Kunden abwickeln
- Unterstützung bei Artikelerweiterungen und Pflege der Artikeldatenbank

Qualifikationen:
- Kaufmännischer Hintergrund, Erfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsunterstützung/Verwaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse des Lieferkettenprozesses, einschliesslich Produktfluss, Bestandsmanagement, Terminplanung
- Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung und Rechnungsstellung
- Zeitmanagement, Fähigkeit zum Multitasking und zum Setzen von Prioritäten
- Fliessend in Schweizerdeutsch und Englisch. Französisch
- und Italienisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
