Ausserdem übernimmst Du die Führung und Koordination von HR-Projekten. **Was Du tun wirst**
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von innovativen HR-Systemlösungen, -Prozessen und -Standards in der Gruppe
- Überwachung, Harmonisierung und Anpassung von HR Kernprozessen
- Durchführen von Systemkonfigurationen in der HR Suite WORKDAY
- Führung und Koordination von HR Projekten
- 2nd and 3rd level Support in den HR Systemen WORKDAY, UKG PeopleDoc, Swiss+ und dazugehörende Prozesse
- Bewertung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der HR Prozesse in Bezug auf Digitalisierung, Standardisierung und Effizienz
- Dokumentation von HR Kernprozessen im QMS
- Koordinieren, Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Schulungen
- Analysieren und Verbessern des HR Reportings & Analytics
- Verwalten der globalen HR-Prozesse Learning, Talent & Performancemanagement
- Releasemanagement zur Weiterentwicklung der Systeme
- Mitgestaltung von globalen HR Kommunikationen und Newslettern
- Bereitschaft für Mitwirkung und Support in System-Schnittstellen HR-IT Umgebung
- Mitgestaltung von Learning Konzepten und Koordination von Schulungsinhalten/Erstellung von E-Learnings im HR

**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- HR-Fachausweis oder abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Ausgewiesene Projektmanagement Erfahrung im Bereich HR-Prozesse, HR System Implementierungen oder HR-IT auf einer internationalen Ebene
- Versierter Umgang mit der MS-Office-Palette sowie WORKDAY
- Selbständiges Arbeiten, starker Digitalisierungsgedanke und Kreativität
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
- En: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung

**Nice to Have**
- Erfahrung im Bereich digitales Lernen bzw. Erstellung von E-Learning
- Erfahrung mit Schulungen und Präsentationen
- Erfahrungen mit HR Suite WORKDAY
- Erfahrung in der Industrie (Automotive, Medical, Industry)
- Erfahrung mit Zeiterfassungs
- und Reporting-Tools
