Job Summary:


Reporting to the VP HR Digitalization and Organisation & Rewards, you will provide compensation & benefits administration & global mobility support to the operations and processes of the Global C&B & Benefits department.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits

  • Administers STI & LTI Plans globally, the nomination and payout processes of the company's global incentive plans
  • LTI planning, support in preparation and execution of grant and vest events (including invitation letters); plan administration including reporting of forfeitures/transfers
  • Supports the global annual salary review process including merit and offcycle processes
  • Ensures with relevant stakeholders that employee and compensation data in the global HRIS systems. When appropriate, liaises with relevant regional HR contacts to ensure data accuracy and clear expectations around respective Group and Region data responsibilities.
  • Manages annual disclosure processes by providing and consolidating data for the remuneration tables of the compensation report.
  • As needed, supports efforts to produce presentations to the Nominations and Compensation Committee
  • Support the design and manage implementation of the global employee benefits program, including design & governance, in all gategroup countries
  • Support the design and implementation of the Total Rewards strategy and support global implementation
Job Grading & Benchmarks

  • Support and purpose Job grading, Levelling strategy to implement on a global scale. Governance and design plus process definition to be reflected in the HRIS tool for controlling purposes.
  • Conducts job evaluation and benchmarking for global senior management roles and ensures the regional HR practitioners follow the guidelines and processes
  • Job evaluation and benchmarking process: support the organization with a consistent evaluation and benchmark process (including SAR/PARs) by following the defined processes in place
  • Mercer TRS/eIPE tool data base set up and maintenance, administer access/accounts, provide training
  • Coordinate the global Mercer salary survey globally to comply with the contractual requirements
  • Ensure correct execution of EMB contracts outside of HQ
  • Other project assignments as requested
Mobility

  • Coordinates international Mobility (assignment, local to local or any other type) process including assignment setup, management and termination; communicating with the mobile employees and relocation company; advising on implied social security and tax implications; responsible for obtaining visa, performing tax equalization and coordinating housing, benefits, and compensation packages.
  • Maintains authorization lists to third party vendor platforms and ensures access rights are uptodate and accurate at all times
  • Supports executive Tax Benefit communication, tracking and reporting

Additionally:

  • As instructed work with the Corporate & Regional HR teams to ensure established group processes are consistent across all areas of Compensation & Benefits and Mobility.
  • Payroll management at HQ level
  • Support Corporate HR in terms providing payroll and other information relevant for the development of the remuneration tables of the compensation report
  • Management of BoD and top executives Compensation & tax Social security compliance related

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Undergraduate degree in business, HR or related field
  • Diploma in swiss payroll or HR is a plus

Work Experience:

  • 5 years or more of experience in C&B with experience in global international mobility administration & swiss payroll.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in excel complex formulas and data management
  • Skilled in power point
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Project management skills

Language / Communication Skills:

  • Must speak and write English
  • Swiss German speaking an asset
