Compensation & Performance Management (CPM) is an important part of Julius Baer's Reward & Performance Management (RPM) function, being a front-line face of Reward to the business.

The team interact closely with other specialist areas within RPM and act as pay and performance management advisors to staff as well as other HR functions.

With a broad range of services, you will benefit from your RPM colleagues' strong Pay and Performance expertise, can-do attitude and diverse team culture.

You will be working in a team of experts, using best-in-class tools and systems in a dynamic and international environment.


This opportunity represents an expansion of the team as we look to strengthen further our technical footprint with a client-focused view on technology in HR and continue to enhance our delivery of the global HR processes under our responsibility.


YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • You manage the data and reporting landscape for Compensation & Performance Management (CPM) with focus on new technologies such as Workday Prism and Tableau
  • You drive the technology agenda for CPM as interface between different HR SME functions and Business Partners
  • You oversee client tools and process setups in CPM systems in close cooperation with the Rewards & Performance Management (RPM) team
  • You develop new tools and solutions together with HR Business Technology, People Analytics and our Reward colleagues
  • You prepare RPM/CPM for next steps towards a central datawarehouse and usage of the tableau report writer and help to embed new technologies in daily business
  • You support with client advice in compensation topics and are interested to broaden your knowledge of compensation and reward topics

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a university degree in Data Science, Business, Economics or related fields and several years of professional experience in a similar role
  • You possess a profound understanding of general HR processes and tools
  • You have a business analyst mindset with a focus on data analytics and process design
  • You have technical acumen with strong knowledge in the Tableau Report Writer, MS Excel/VBA
  • You are experienced in project management, such as tool rollouts or broader system configurations
  • You know Workday or comparable HR systems
  • You possess working knowledge of Big Data and Cloud Data Mgmt.
  • You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
