Global Project Operations Manager (M/F/d) 75 %:

AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:

  • Serves as legal project manager for the company's decentralized implementation of Conga's CLM solution.
  • Work with legal teams across the globe to define and build contract templates and approval workflows.
  • Build playbook for divisions that want to implement CLM in the future.
  • Define, jointly with the IS Project Managers and global Salesforce team, all project plan documents, including scope, costs, and schedule.
  • Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and policies.
  • Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization, monitor and control costs.
  • Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the project and ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
  • Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procure required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
  • Ability to scale up the effort during some months to 100% and drop down to 50% when required.

ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:

  • 510 years of experience in project management and significant involvement in large corporate transformation projects
  • 13 years of project management experience handling Conga CLM Implementations at large companies, with at least one Conga CLM implementation in the past 18 months.
  • Expertise in Conga's CLM solution and contract repositories in general.
  • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, costs, and schedules.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Salesforce, Power BI, Excel.
  • Knowledge of

Lean Six Sigma:
Green Belt or Black Belt certified are a plus; Ideally project management certification like PMI, PMP, Agile

  • A collaborative, solutionfocused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
