Logistics Specialist - Exciting Opportunity in Bern

Are you looking for a new challenge in the field of logistics? Join our team at Wankdorfstrasse 10 in Bern and become part of our dynamic workforce.

Tasks:

  • Performing complex logistic activities in the pharmaceutical industry while adhering to GMP guidelines
  • Documenting receipt, inspection, and storage of deliveries in the high-bay warehouse including entry into SAP (Handheld)
  • Picking and ensuring internal transportation to production areas and internal customers
  • Preparing export shipments and pickups
  • Continuously optimizing and developing work processes
  • Occasional weekend shifts averaging 1-2 per month
  • You will be one of three specialists in your area of responsibility

Some tasks will take place in the freezer area.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or several years of experience in this field
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment (preferably GMP)
  • Demonstrated assertiveness, strong analytical skills, motivation for independent and high-quality work
  • Excellent verbal and written German skills, proficiency in SAP and other common software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, LVS)
  • Holder of a SUVA forklift license
