infrastructures construction, dismantling and excavation, remediation of contaminated sites and pollutants as well as comprehensive construction work in and on the water sector.

The company creates an advantageous situation, both for the community and the environment; starting with the resource-saving production and selection of the built-in building materials through the construction to the environmentally friendly disposal during dismantling and recycling.

Material logistics in Rubigen delivers the right amount of the right material to construction sites.

As part of a succession planning and partial reorganization, the company is looking for a competent personality with management experience for the two plant locations Rubigen and Schwarzenburg.

Managing Director / Head of Concrete (M/F/d) 100%

Your tasks for a successful management of the two stock corporations:
Operation and management of the Rubigen and Schwarzenburg concrete works

  • Developing and implementing business goalsResponsible for budgeting and success control
  • Personnel and professional management of the sales and factory personnel of the operating facilities (around 10 employees)
  • Ensuring flawless building material production and plant maintenance
  • Responsible for the sales organization, accounting and controlling
