Advisory is the IT & Business Consulting of the ELCA group. We are a team of more than 50 consultants specialized in digital transformation, change management & agile coaching, business analysis, and IT project management.

As Program Director :

• You will be a key part of the Transformation Program team, working collaboratively and teaming up for our customer success
• You will manage a range of projects as agreed between the Transformation team (composed of: business consultants, agile coach, project manager, etc. ) and our customers leaders, working closely with key stakeholders to align and deliver
• You will support the drive for an environment of continuous process improvement for the change
• You will support the Lead on regular updates to key stakeholders and ad-hoc requests as required
• You will understand the need to collaborate and 'join the dots' as needed across multiple projects within the portfolio that our customers see in their digital transformation journey
• You will use insights and feedback to inform your decisions and demonstrate effectiveness to senior leaders

• 5+ years of transformation / project experience
• Proven track record of success in transformation/ project management, having worked with senior experts
• Experience of building strong relationships and influencing senior business leaders and peers
• Experience of developing and delivering transformation programs that support business objectives and drive change
• You will understand the importance of delivering transformation projects to a function, advising and using your learned knowledge of tools and methodologies to deliver
• You will be able to navigate and deliver in a matrix landscape helping and guiding to resolve complex issues and problems
• Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively
• You will have strong project management and organization skills across a range of projects within the transformation portfolio.
• You will be able to use your ability to deep dive in new areas an apply your transformation skillset to ensure success
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
