**Description du poste**:

- Encadrement technique et administratif d'une petite équipe très motivée
- Élaboration et maintien des compétences professionnelles relatives aux partenaires internes du service Digital
- Planification, priorisation et coordination des missions et des capacités, en agissant au sens de l'équipe et des autres parties impliquées au sein du service Digital
- Assistance aux clients du service Digital dans la définition de leurs exigences avec l'objectif de présenter un cahier des charges probant, aussi bien au niveau technique qu'au niveau des processus
- Représentation des projets et des missions du service Digital auprès de l'équipe de management Digital.
- Définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie relative aux prestations fournies par le service Digital
- Sécurisation et développement des compétences techniques et méthodiques de l'équipe
- Responsabilité du centre de frais de l'équipe (budgétisation et suivi des dépenses)
- Promotion et approfondissement d'une bonne culture d'équipe et d'entreprise

**Votre profil**:
Vous vous distinguez par vos compétences analytiques, votre esprit d'équipe et votre méthode de travail autonome. Grâce à vos bonnes capacités de communiquer, vous savez convaincre et vous savez comprendre et structurer des interactions complexes de sorte à pouvoir proposer des solutions pragmatiques. Vous êtes prêt à fournir un engagement personnel et à assumer des responsabilités.

**Exigences relatives au poste**:
Diplôme d'études en informatique, informatique de gestion ou autre formation équivalente dans un domaine pertinent. Expérience de plusieurs années en tant que responsable d'équipe.

Vous êtes à l'aise dans la terminologie ITIL et ITSM.

**Connaissances des langues**:
Les langues parlées au sein du service Digital sont l'allemand, l'anglais et le français. Vous maîtrisez l'une de ces langues et avez de bonnes connaissances d'au moins une des autres langues.
