Work Experience:

  • You collected at least 10 years of experience in the field of Product management / Business analysis, including a strong experience with E-commerce and Scrum
  • You are rigorous and meticulous
  • You are experienced with functional and business understanding on eCommerce processes, web publishing & website management
  • You are comfortable to handle technical discussions and test sessions
  • You demonstrate the ability to investigate and analyze issues
  • You have hands-on experience using agile tools such as JIRA & Confluence

Education:

  • You obtained a Master Degree in computer science with an emphasis in Information Technology

Breitling stands apart with its watches unapologetically dedicated to authentic adventures, in the air, at sea or on land. We are looking for a new Squad Member who will join our dedicated Digital Platforms team.
In this role you will have a chance to assume responsibility as Senior Digital & IT Business Analyst of our Digital Platforms, including Breitling eCommerce websites. You will act as a key player in assuring smooth development and delivery.
By bringing your deep expertise in eCommerce and hands–on approach, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers and development teams and also all partners involved in our successful projects.

Main tasks of the position

  • The business analysis strategy for our Digital platforms, ensuring the delivery of the best online experience to our customers, in line with Business requirements
  • Collaborating closely with the other Product Owners & Business Stakeholders
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements, and elaborate detailed technical and functional specifications
  • Working hands in hands with the QA Manager and team to validate deliveries vs requirements
  • Collaborating closely with the Dev team and other departements to ensure a smooth development cycle
  • Documenting E2E use cases
  • Supporting end users during UAT sessions led by the QA Manager
  • Recommending areas for improvement about processes and business requirements

Expected Deliverables in Year 1

  • Collect, analyze and document all business requirements regarding Breitling New eCommerce platform
  • Ensure the alignment between requirements and delivery for upcoming releases
