Description du poste :

Sophos Hotels, une entreprise spécialisée dans le développement et la gestion d'établissements hôteliers, est passionnée par l'excellence dans ce domaine.   • CONTRAT : CDI à 100%, entrée en fonction à convenir, basé à Lausanne

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • En tant que Directeur(trice) Senior des Opérations, vous jouerez un rôle central dans notre réussite en assumant les tâches suivantes :

  • Support opérationnel sur les ouvertures et reprises d'hôtels : Vous serez chargé de gérer le processus d'ouverture ou de reprise de nouvelles propriétés, assurant une transition en douceur et une intégration réussie dans notre réseau.
  • Suivi opérationnel de multiples établissements : Vous superviserez activement les opérations de plusieurs établissements, vous assurant que nos normes de qualité et de service sont continuellement surpassées.
  • Contrôle de la qualité : Vous instaurerez des processus rigoureux de contrôle de la qualité pour offrir une expérience client impeccable dans tous nos hôtels.
  • Analyse, statistiques et budgétisation : Vous utiliserez les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées, optimisant les performances opérationnelles et budgétaires de nos établissements.
  • Intégration des marques, formation du personnel : Vous vous assurerez que notre personnel est formé selon les normes les plus élevées de l'industrie et que nos marques sont pleinement intégrées dans tous les aspects de nos opérations.
  • Développement de concepts et gestion de projets : Vous contribuerez activement au développement de nouvelles idées et veillerez à ce que les projets soient menés à bien dans les délais et conformément aux standards établis.
  • Audit financier, analyse de performance : Vous serez responsable de l'audit financier de nos établissements et utiliserez des analyses approfondies pour optimiser leurs performances opérationnelles.

  • Exigences :

  • Expérience internationale dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie, avec un minimum de 5 ans en tant que directeur hôtelier
  • Connaissances du marché suisse souhaitées
  • Expérience au sein d'une chaîne hôtelière internationale serait un atout
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel et PowerPoint
  • Bonne connaissance en comptabilité et du système USALI
  • Esprit analytique développé, capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à prendre des décisions stratégiques
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais, le français serait un plus
