About the role:


Our company is seeking for a motivated sales representative to both, develop new business and maintain/grow a book of existing clients in Switzerland.

The individual we are seeking for must be as much of a self-starter than a team player, knowledgeable about the fund industry, Sustainable investments and the Swiss financial services sector in general.

He should be capable of maintaining and developing relationships with local and cross border financial service organizations at a decision-making level and at the single user level.


Job responsibilities:


Exceed the sales target, which is based on net new business from new client acquisitions, as well as maintain and grow our existing client base.


Work closely with sales specialists, sales administration, product lines, development teams, implementation groups and sales support teams to ensure a world-class product offering for our clients.


Based on our product lines, partner with our clients, helping them make their business more efficient and their offerings more competitive.


You will also be responsible for accurate and timely reporting using our in-house CRM system while managing the contractual agreements for new and renewal business.


Qualifications:

A proven track record of success in managing client accounts and closing new business.

A good command of the financial markets and managed investment products.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry.

A consultative selling approach and strong interpersonal relationship management skills.

Energy, creativity, flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Fluency in German and English (written and verbal), French or Italian being a plus.
