Your role

  • Are you interested in corporate finance and M&A? Are you an Italian speaker ready to gain expertise in both specific business industries and a variety of financial products?
  • We're looking for someone like that to:
  • assist in the origination and execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions mainly for private, family owned companies
- evaluate risk factors and negotiate transactions on behalf of clients
- manage and execute tasks encompassing valuation, accounting and other technical issues with regard to transactions
- perform comprehensive financial and mathematical modeling and analysis

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

  • As well as onthejob learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.
  • Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, crossbusiness classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

Your team

  • The Corporate Advisory Group team provides Corporate Finance services to IWM Italy International clients. Our international reach and Italian country focus offer unique opportunities to execute transactions from conception to close, allowing you to gain first hand client and deal experience from the very beginning.

Your expertise

  • You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree, preferably from Engineering or Economics.
  • In particular, you have:
  • minimum 12 months relevant deal experience in M&A and capital raising
- substantive Italian Mid-Market experience
- extensive understanding of deal structuring
- ability to independently interpret and discuss analytical data
- demonstrated academic achievement, specifically in finance and accounting
- excellent written and verbal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- demonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environment
- ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
