Your role

  • Do you have any interest in Financial Markets, ideally in Cash products, Structured Products or Private markets? Are you passionate working in a dynamic environment following complex Family's needs?
  • We're looking for someone like that to:
  • help the team in handling daily client needs related to i.e. financial market topics
- be responsible for the maturity of financial instruments and help prepare a proposal for the CA's
- bring new ideas on different asset classes during regular meetings
- help the team in smaller projects related to the development of client and prospects

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

  • As well as onthejob learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.
  • Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, crossbusiness classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

Your team

  • You'll be working in the Ultra High Net worth Team in Lugano which is part of the Wealth Management Switzerland Division. We are covering mainly Swiss Based Families helping them navigate through their needs which usually are very complex and this gives us the possibility to work with all the divisions in UBS and a wide range of specialists.

Your expertise

  • You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.
  • In particular, you have:
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
- excellent in English (written and oral) and preferably also German
