ZUR POSITION

  • Fachkompetente, kunden- und serviceorientierte Beratung und Support unserer Reisebüros – schriftlich und telefonisch
  • Verkauf unserer Angebotspalette (Flug, Hotel, Mietwagen) in der Mittel- und Fernstrecke der Marken TUI und airtours
  • Reservation und Bearbeitung von Buchungsaufträgen mittels der System IRIS.Plus und @comres
  • Unterbreitung und Buchung von Angeboten und Zusatzleistungen

ZU DIR

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise in der Reisebranche und/oder Praxiserfahrung im Dienstleistungssektor
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Schweizerdeutsch), Französisch von Vorteil
  • Ausgesprochen dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientiert
  • Teamfähig, belastbar, flexibel, lernfähig und an ein hektisches Umfeld gewohnt
