- Support our Retail Sales team in Zurich
- Initial contact with prospects and continuous follow-up in coordination with team members
- Provide comprehensive support to Sales team members to ensure high service levels and meet team targets
- Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients, and other departments
- Manage internal and external correspondence and mailing
- Review account forms for completeness and correctness
- Conduct customer due diligence checks and identification via video conference
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure account opening and funding
- Perform other administration and sales tasks as assigned by Line Manager
- Support customers in our Show Room
- Show room account openings for new customers
- Show room management (administrative activities)
- German or Swiss German as mother tongue and fluent in English. French is a plus
- Proven experience in administration roles or sales support services
- Rigorous, great sense of priorities, and excellent organizational skills
- Talent for efficiency and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment in a fast-growing bank
- Open-minded and team-oriented spirit
- Ideal first experience in a bank
