Join our Sales Team and be a proactive part in finding and gaining new customers in Austria and Switzerland

  • This position is 100% remote, can be based in either Austria or Switzerland_

Your mission:

You will be responsible for managing and developing accounts in Austria and Switzerland.

This will include working with high level of independency with key accounts and grow new relationships; supporting opportunities brought in across the sales team; reviewing customer support agent activity and quality; and maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout your interactions with key stakeholders in the IoT industry.

Sales Strategy and Customer Growth: Define your own sales strategy to attract new customers and grow 1NCE's market share in your area of responsibility.

Forecasting and Execution Plans: Develop accurate forecasting and clear execution plans.

Relationship Building:Work with the wider sales, partner and alliance teams to build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.

Customer Focus: Remain customer focused at all times and strive to maintain the 1NCE brand as the best provider of IoT connectivity.

International Collaboration:Work with the international team to achieve the regional targets.

High Customer Satisfaction Level:Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and partners based on trust and strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Your skills:

Customer Acquisition and Direct Sales in IoT and/or Telecommunications Domain:At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IoT or telecommunications sales market, with focus on customer acquisition and direct sales with a good network of contacts.

Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with industry partners and educate them on 1NCE's offerings.
-
Language Proficiency Requirement:Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory for this position.
-
Growth-oriented Mindset: A passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high growth business in a short period of time.

Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills and open-minded and committed team player with the ability to work also independently, goal-oriented and willing to travel frequently.
