YOUR CHALLENGE:

As Head Marketing of the sub-region Western, Northern Europe & Luxembourg, your challenges and activities are:

  • Leading a small team of marketing specialists within the sub-region Western, Northern Europe & Luxembourg, reporting to the sub-region Head directly
  • Planning marketing and communication activities in line with subregional strategic priorities.
  • Analyse, create and maintain reports of activities, including performance and efficiency.
  • Develop marketing materials adapted to core and focus markets, such as sales pitches, products/solutions material, and tactical initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Write, proofread, and edit content for different channels for internal and external audiences and channels.
  • Alignment with the business strategy and implementation of the marketing strategy by developing and executing complex and diversified marketing plans.
  • Acting as consultant at eyelevel for business stakeholders, through participation in subregional management meetings and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Diversification of marketing mix through the integration of innovative digital channels, other content driven digital marketing activities, event platforms and partnerships/sponsorships.
  • Successful project, budget, and event management by always complying with the requirements of the business stakeholders and other departments such as (legal, compliance, branding and communications).
  • Future focused identifying new event formats, trends and embraces change to create new opportunities, to optimize and increase efficiency

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, communications, digital communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field. Experience in finance, private banking or equivalent desired.
  • Experience planning marketing and communication activities and managing budgets.
  • A creative thinker that can transform ideas into actionable projects.
  • Mediumadvanced knowledge of Adobe Suite tools, desired knowledge in analytics and marketing dashboards.
  • Experience setting up and managing online events and communications.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content.
  • Good communicator, with attention to details.
  • Handson, proactive, and flexible personality. Ready to go the extra mile where needed and passionate about improving and differentiating client experiences.
  • Some understanding of agile and scrum would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is desired (any other language as added value).
