The position

In this exiting role, you will support the Marketing Department by executing the Therapy Strategy and managing key marketing initiatives and projects. You will collaborate across departments to ensure operational alignment and achieve performance goals. The ideal candidate will embody Novo Nordisk's values, adhere to the 10 Novo Nordisk Way essentials, and demonstrate leadership and accountability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Support, implementation and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects in alignment with Therapy Strategy. Coordinating vendors and suppliers, managing quotations, contracts, and ensuring timely material delivery. Monitoring expenses for initiatives and projects, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines. Developing marketing materials, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with branding and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

You've decided to pursue this exciting opportunity due to your demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life-science sector.

Additionally, you'll bring:

Proficiency in German and English, with French as an advantage. Reliability and trustworthiness, showcasing integrity and ethical behavior. A team-oriented and service-minded approach.
