About the role

We are seeking a marketing expert to join our team and elevate our marketing initiatives as we expand globally. If you are a high-achieving marketing professional who enjoys challenges, excels in digital marketing, and is prepared to make a significant difference, this is your moment to shine.

Requirements

Who we're seeking

  • A marketing expert with 3-6 years of experience, preferably in a rapidly growing startup or cutting-edge large corporation (B2B experience is advantageous)
  • A creative genius who defies boundaries and traditional thoughts
  • Passionate about learning and self-improvement, always eager to gain new knowledge and utilize it to push marketing boundaries
  • An incredibly ambitious, endlessly curious individual who is determined to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Based in Zurich or Berlin, or open to relocating to either city to facilitate close collaboration with our team; remote work within the CET time zone will also be considered for exceptional candidates
  • A proficient user of automation, AI, and content marketing, capable of driving engagement and growth significantly (or someone with the potential to master these skills)
  • A data-driven decision-maker with a strong focus on analytics
  • Proficient in English; German proficiency is beneficial, but not as crucial as your marketing expertise
  • An independent self-starter who excels in a dynamic, high-pressure startup environment
