**Sidas program för Junior Professional Officers (JPO) är ett resursbasprogram inom det multilaterala utvecklingssamarbetet. Målet för Sidas arbete med resursbasutveckling är att bredda och utveckla svensk resursbas samt att öka antal kvalificerade svenskar i prioriterade multilaterala och internationella organisationer. Programmet ger yngre akademiker möjligheten att få erfarenhet från utvecklingssamarbete med placering främst inom FN och Världsbanken, men även andra internationella organisationer.**

Notera: Tjänsten kommer att tillsättas under förutsättning att administrativt beslut tas.

Denna tjänst avser placering med WHOs huvudkontor i Genève i Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research. Läs Terms of Reference-dokumentet nedan för mer information.

WHO samarbetar med UNDP JPO Service Center i urvals
- och rekryteringsprocessen. Tjänsten är på ett år i taget, i maximalt tre år.

**Kvalifikationskrav**:

- Svenskt medborgarskap _eller_ svenskt uppehållstillstånd (för medborgare från icke OECD-länder) med goda kunskaper i svenska samt viss utbildning genomförd i Sverige.
- Magister/master i relevant ämne. Examen måste vara uttagen vid ansökningstillfället.
- ** Minst 2, max 4 års relevant betald yrkeserfarenhet **inhämtad efter genomförda högskole-/universitetsstudier på kandidatnivå. Fälterfarenhet är meriterande.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska. Kunskaper i ytterligare officiella FN-språk är meriterande.
