Was du tust

  • Du agierst als Ansprechpartner für unsere Generalagenturen und arbeitest bei der Bereitstellung von kundenspezifischen Auswertungen aktiv mit
  • Du verantwortest die schriftliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung auf Deutsch
  • Du suchst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Relationship Management (RM) nach den besten Lösungen für unsere Kunden
  • Du stellst die Implementierung von Neugeschäften, Vertragsübernahmen und Vorsorgeplanänderungen sicher
  • Du führst Bestandsmutationen, wie z.B. Eintritt, Austritt, Lohnänderungen durch

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Versicherungsbranche oder ergänzende Weiterbildung in der Versicherungsindustrie
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der 2. Säule / Beruflichen Vorsorge
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Landessprache ist von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, sowie eine dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise
