Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Law Intern to join our team in Zurich. As a Legal Operator Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our customer happiness team to deliver exceptional service to our clients, including board presidents of Swiss stock companies, financial services providers, and the Swiss Stock Exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the customer happiness team in fulfilling high customer standards
  • Participate in customer calls with management board members and sales colleagues for onboarding, administration, and collecting customer requirements
  • Take ownership of customer happiness, defining best practices, routines, and learning material with the management board and sales colleagues
  • Translate unstructured customer data into our software suite
  • Support the execution of AGMs on the customer's side

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English, with French and/or Italian a plus
  • Currently studying for a degree in Swiss/EU Law or completed a practical education in corporate housekeeping
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and motivation from voluntary commitments
