Tax Specialist

As a Group Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring overall corporate tax compliance and acting as the key point of contact for all corporate tax matters within the Group and Parent. You will offer technical expertise and guidance on complex international tax issues, collaborate closely with local Finance/Tax teams, and ensure that proper arrangements exist with local tax authorities.
Key Tasks:- Corporate Tax Management: Ensure that corporate tax compliance is maintained and that all corporate tax matters are handled efficiently.
- Transfer Pricing: Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update transfer pricing documentation and local files for the Group and support for other Group entities.
- Tax Risks: Identify tax risks related to regulatory and international tax regimes and recommend effective solutions.
- Tax Accounting and Audit: Assist Finance with tax reporting matters for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including working with external advisors to prepare relevant tax disclosures.
- Tax Optimization: Identify opportunities for tax optimization and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Projects: Assist with ad hoc financial advisory and project work.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within Private Banking, ideally at a Group Level.
- Profound knowledge of Swiss Tax Regulations.
- Advanced degree in Tax/Finance/Accounting or law degree.
- Executive Senior Manager in Tax.
- Significant experience at a senior level working in the tax field in an international environment.
- German and English - essential.
