A
- ssist in the development of the project implementation plan in a concise, informative, and well-organized manner; D
- evelop a detailed procurement phasing plan for architectural, design and construction packages related to the implementation phasing plan agreed to by all relevant stakeholders; A
- ssist in tendering and contracting the Construction Management firm to develop execution plans and logistics for the construction works, detailed construction schedules and provide feedback in terms of buildability of design; P
- repare the cost and resource loaded schedule for the overall program and for the individual phases. Update the schedule on a monthly and on an "as-required" basis using contractor provided updates and indications of actual progress; R
- eview contractor schedule submittals for compliance with contract requirements; P
- rovide analysis of schedule updates showing all changes made by the contractors; C
- oordinate all schedules from all contractors into an overall SHP program schedule; P
- rovide assistance in managing practical and effective time control from the beginning to completion of the project; A
- ssist the Chief of Program Management Support in providing technical expertise in the context of project controls, including project schedule reviews; P
- repare as-built schedules and progress schedules; M
- aintain a submissions databases and report on the progress of submissions, identifying errors and omissions in submissions and reporting thereon; C
- oordinate submittal and RFI flow with contractors; W
- ork with the Quantity Surveyor for resource loading of Project Baseline; S
- chedule. Provide timely and accurate project planning information to the Chief of Program Management Support; I
- n coordination with the Chief of Program Management Support, develop on a monthly basis, the SHP monthly report; D
- eveloping, tracking and updating the Project Baseline Schedule and sharing all the updated for validation with the Chief of Program Management; D
- evelop on a monthly basis a dashboard that will resume and track all the activities of the SHP team during the month regarding schedule, cost, issues, concerns and KPIs for RFIs, Transmittals and Actions; T
- racking all the procurement activities part the project baseline and providing early warnings on delays to the SHP team, if any; S
- upport of the Chief of Design and Construction on "as required basis"; P
- rovide any other support as required by the project.

A
- dvanced university degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or construction related discipline. At least 5 years of appropriate industry experience on projects similar to the SHP in a project scheduling role, evidence of competence training in Primavera at the advanced level. A first-level university degree in combination with 2 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. R
- elevant experience in construction project management. Knowledge and understanding of the potential duration of each project activity and ability to define related interrelations in a clear and logical manner. A
- bility to work with databases and other computer software of varying sorts, competence in the use of Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Access. G
