Serve as the HR Reference for Employees in the Region:
- Advice and Support: Offer guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, manager-employee relationships, individual concerns, etc.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries on HR issues such as payroll, leave, contracts, and career growth.
- Organizational Changes: Suggest and contribute to organizational change efforts, including creating organizational charts.
Supervise Personnel Administration:
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes following internal protocols.
- Payroll Management: Supervise payroll procedures in collaboration with fiduciaries, under HR Head guidance.
- HR Assistants Supervision: Guide and supervise HR Assistants in managing personnel administration tasks (tracking sick leaves, ensuring legal compliance, liaising with relevant agencies, insurers, and institutions) and HRIS-related issues.
Manage HR Budget Data (under HR Head's supervision):
- Payroll Budget: Monitor the organization's payroll budget.
- HR Provisions: Manage HR-related financial allocations.
- Auditor Information: Prepare and supply necessary data for auditors.
- Budget Inquiries: Collect and address budget-related inquiries.
Contribute to HR Development and Lead HR Projects:
- Identify, develop, and execute HR development initiatives.
- Oversee cross-functional HR projects to boost organizational efficiency.
Participate in Internal Communication:
- Newsletter Editorial Committee: Engage in the internal newsletter's editorial committee.
- Communication Tools: Create and distribute internal communication tools like organizational charts, directories, and memos.
Requirements:Proven background in a similar HR management position, ideally in an international setting.Thorough understanding of Swiss and French labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication skills in both French and English.Capability to handle sensitive information discreetly.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.Proficiency in HRIS and relevant software.
