Academic requirements:

Your field of responsibility


Responsible for completing assigned pieces of analysis with adequate support and contribute to project progress by meeting all set deadlines, budgeting time appropriately and flagging roadblocks.

Active participation and contribution in workstreams in transformation projects from strategy development, financial impact assessment all the way through to implementation, led by our highly experienced leadership team and in close collaboration with the Division's senior management.

Get exposure to cutting-edge banking topics (e.g., changes in client needs and behaviors, impact of digitization, international regulatory trends), being at the forefront of how we do business within Wealth Management.

Your qualifications and skills
You enjoy intellectually fulfilling work in a team environment, creating long-term impact in important strategic and financial decisions

  • Recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a specialization in business, finance, economics or engineering
  • Independent thinker and selfstarter willing to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
  • Analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a structured and result driven way of working
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven reliability
  • A high standard of work and can take lastminute schedule changes in your stride
  • Fluent in English. German, French or other languages would be a plus but are not essential
  • An understanding of the value of diversity in the workplace and dedication to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
