YOUR CAPCO DAY:

  • Responsible for management and escalation of risks and issues.
  • Actively identifying and manage dependencies and defining success metrics.
  • Executing the implementation of the IT Target Operating Model and working with department managers to implement new and improved processes and operations.
  • Driving the daytoday delivery activities across the project, from initial shaping and mobilization through to deployment and post go live support.
  • Managing relations with all stakeholders and guaranteeing their commitments.
  • Analysing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.

YOUR CAPCO-FIT:

  • Experience in the banking industry especially wealth management.
  • Good understanding of daytoday IT production activities (monitoring, incident management, etc.) and User Support Model.
  • Excellent communication skills in French & English coupled with presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams to deliver on a common goal.
  • Good understanding of technology and the technology delivery cycle.
