Wir erbringen für unsere **Geschäftskunden** in verschiedensten Branchen, Dienstleistungen im Bereich **Finanzbuchhaltung, Personalwesen, Steuern,** sowie diverse Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen **Finanzierung, Inkasso, Investment, Gründungen, Mutationen, Firmenkauf/Verkauf, Geschäftsmieten** etc.
Was diesen Job ausmacht: Sie werden sehr viel **neues lernen und sich als Person weiterentwickeln.** Der Job ist sehr **vielfältig** und Sie erhalten Einblicke, wie man neue Verträge abschliesst, Dienstleistungen in verschiedenen Bereichen liefert und managet, Investitionsmöglichkeiten findet etc. In diesem Job geht es darum **Geschäftskunden zum Erfolg zu verhelfen**, dabei werden Sie ständig dazu lernen. Der **Geschäftsführer** wird gleichzeitig **Ihr Coach** sein.
**Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene KV-Ausbildung und abgeschlossene Weiterbildung BWL oder Bachelor BWL/VWL (bevorzugt im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikation oder Finanzen)
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf und Kundenberatung
- Erste Treuhand-Erfahrungen von Vorteil

**Kenntnisse und Aufgaben**:
Sie managen den Kundenerfolg.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Kundeneintritte und Austritte. (Onboarding)
- Sie bearbeiten neue Dienstleistungsanfragen von Kunden. (Vertrieb)
- Sie schliessen mit Kunden neue Verträge ab. (Vertrieb)
- Sie finden und/oder empfangen neue Kunden und präsentieren unser Unternehmen. (Vertrieb)
- Sie managen und bearbeiten einzelne Kundenaufträge (im Bereich Inkasso, Finanzierungen, Investitionen, Firmenkauf/Verkauf, Umwandlungen, Bewilligungen etc.). Sie müssen nicht alles können und erhalten direktes Coaching vom Geschäftsführer. Einige Aufträge müssen Sie selber bearbeiten und für andere Aufträge müssen Sie lediglich die Koordination und Kommunikation übernehmen. Für den Erfolg aller Aufträge sind Sie verantwortlich, aber müssen nicht alle selber ausführen.
- Sie recherchieren täglich, welche Dienstleistungen den Kunden weiterbringen könnten und stellen diese in vorheriger Absprache mit dem Geschäftsführer den Kunden vor. (Marketing)
- Sie verschicken Newsletter an Kunden. (Marketing)
**Beratung**:
- Kundenberatung über Dienstleistungen und Verträge bei Gordion. (Consulting)
Ferner werden Sie beim **Aufbau und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung** der Customer Success Teams helfen. Dazu gehören:
- Verschiedene Prozesseinheiten schreiben für die Ausführungen der Arbeit.
- Die Arbeit im Customer Success organisieren.
- Später Team-Mitglieder führen.
- Diverse spannende interne Projekte.
**IT-Kenntnisse**:
- Office Package.
- Leichte Design Kenntnisse
**Sprachen**
- Deutsch als Muttersprache oder erste Sprache (sehr gut in Wort und Schrift)
