We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks and who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment.

Our small, effective team is responsible for the implementation of all HR processes on site and the continuous improvement and expansion of the service catalogue; the range of tasks is therefore very broad, diverse and interesting and our staff is correspondingly international.

Position & Requirements


To be successful as an HR intern, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in labour legislation to determine how company HR policies may be affected.

Ultimately, an outstanding HR intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
  • Prepare contracts and addenda
  • Time and absence Management
  • Filing HR documents
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers and social networks
  • Coordinating new hire orientations and offboarding
  • Providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies
  • Prepare reference and confirmation letters
  • Address employee queries about HR policies, benefits and other HR-Related matters
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
  • Very good German and English skills (at least advanced level)
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Well organized, structured and independent way of working
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail and goaloriented
