- & Kulturentwicklung unterstützt. Dazu gehört die Ausbildung von Führungskräften, die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Führungs
- und Verhaltensgrundsätzen sowie die Übernahme ganzer Rekrutierungsprozesse inklusive massgeschneiderter Assessments.

Wir sind ein familiäres, unkompliziertes 5-köpfiges Team und haben unsere schönen Büroräumlichkeiten in See-Sprung-Nähe in der Enge in Zürich. Zur Erweiterung und Verstärkung suchen wir Dich

Aufgaben
- In der Rolle als zuverlässiger, gewissenhafter und qualitätsbewusster Anpacker übernimmst Du Ownership für Deine Aufgabenpakete und arbeitest bei diversen Projekten - wie z.B. Rekrutierungsprozesse, Führungstrainings & Kulturworkshops - mit
- Mit hoher Selbstinitiative und Eigenständigkeit wickelst Du eigene Klein
- und Teilprojekte ab; Du setzt dabei die richtigen Prioritäten und hältst die Deadlines ein
- Als dienstleistungsorientierter, strukturierter Teamplayer arbeitest Du eng mit den unterschiedlichen Consultants zusammen, bist in der Lage mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bewältigen und auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten
