Zühlke lädt Dich ein, die Arbeit eines Innovationsberaters live zu erleben. Ein Praktikum bei Zühlke ist kein typisches Praktikum. Du bist ein vollwertiges Mitglied unserer Projektteams.
- **Deine Aufgaben**
- Du arbeitest in einem Beraterteam direkt in unseren Kundenprojekten mit Fokus auf Sustainability, Technology & Transforma-tion.
- In interdisziplinären Teams trägst Du zur Lösung von komplexen Problemstellungen unserer Kunden bei, indem du mit uns und unseren Kunden Ideen entwickelst, diese testest und aufgrund von validierten Grundlagen echte Investitionschancen er-arbeitest oder unsere Kunden in organisatorischen Transformationsthemen begleitest.
- Du unterstützt beim Marktaufbau für Technologie getriebene Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte im Pre-Sales, Sales und in der Durchfüh-rung von Beratungsmandaten zusammen mit unseren Expertinnen und Experten. Du bist aktiv in Marketingaktivitäten wie Eventplanung und -durchführung, Erstellen von Marketingmaterial und kreativen Kundenansprachen
- Du hilfst uns bei der Erstellung von kommerziellen Angeboten und bei der Pflege unserer Kundenkontakte (z.B. Koordination und Organisation der Touchpoints).

**Dein Talent**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit & Strategie, respektive in den Themen Sustainability, Data and Business.
- Du bringst erste Praxiserfahrung (z.B. im Rahmen einiger relevanter Praktika) mit und fühlst dich im Umgang mit ESG Data, Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und Circular economy wohl.
- Du hast ein gutes Business-Verständnis und bist offen bezüglich verschiedener Branchen und Unternehmen - vom Startup bis multinationalem Grosskonzern.
- Überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- oder Englischkenntnisse
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert, bist kommunikationsstark und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe. Du bringst Herzblut fürs Thema Nachhaltigkeit und die entsprechende Leistungsbereitschaft ein.
