Your responsibilities & tasks

With your willingness and passion to learn and develop in HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Sales topics, you will actively support the team in various tasks related to client projects.


  • Content creation for actively social media and Newsletter campaigns in German & English
  • Administrative tasks related to daytoday operations within our client's project scope
  • Coprepare, codesign, and cofacilitate training & workshops

You will be part of a small team, contributing to further growth as a digital native and entrepreneurial thinker with a proactive, hands-on, and pragmatic mentality.

We are looking for someone with passion, hunger, and energy who is not afraid of the unexpected, and that's why you should bring the following to the table:

  • Recently studying economics/business administration, focussing on HR or Marketing
  • Passion for organizations, people & talent and strong research skills
  • Affinity for social media content Marketing to help the team make some meaningful noise
  • Topnotch communication and negotiation skills in German & English
  • Valid Swiss work permit
