IN A NUTSHELL:
Because
we're growing, our sales team is looking for a new colleague (f/m/x).

As a
Sales Intern at grape, your responsibility is to create interest and business opportunities through direct communication using various online and offline channels.

You aim to generate qualified interest of companies by interacting with the HR department.

As an SDR your main aim and responsibility are to qualify leads and book meetings for an Account Executive (AE) you are collaborating with.

Your role:

  • You will
    work closely together with an Account Executive (AE) to drive outbound lead generation

Booking meetings with prospects within a proven sales process using the following channels

  • Cold calling
  • LinkedIn messaging alternating between text, voice, and video messages

Cold Calls should be perfected to
qualify leads and find out data of target accounts. Calls should be made efficiently to get a high number of conversions. As an SDR, you should know how to
get the right person on the phone, talk about challenges/needs, and ask relevant questions to
book meetings.

Prospecting potential leads

Precise documentation of prospect interaction in the CRM (e.g. documenting cold calls), including the
coordination of next steps and handover of information to the Account Executive (AE)

  • Taking over
    administrative tasks that support the optimisation of the sales process (e.g. extracting data and deriving educated actions)
