Als Communications
- und Office Manager spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umsetzung strategischer und kreativer Projekte. Sie entlasten den CEO und das Team von Strategieexperten gezielt. Sie managen die Kommunikation von uns und unseren Kunden und vermitteln dadurch Markenbotschaften konsistent und wirkungsvoll. Ebenso koordinieren Sie das Office Management, unterstützen bei der Erstellung vertraulicher Geschäfts
- und Personaldokumente sowie der Rechnungsführung.

**Ihr Beitrag**
- Kommunizieren: Redaktion und Content-Erarbeitung
- Managen: Strategische Einbindung der Online
- und Offline Auftritte
- Vorausschauen: Überblick und Organisation der logistischen und administrativen Aufgaben für die Geschäftsführung, Verwalten des Informationsflusses
- Aufbereiten, korrigieren, formatieren: Vertrauliche Geschäfts
- und Personaldokumente, Rechnungsführung
- Erstellen und editieren: Präsentationen für Kundenmeetings, Informationen für Konferenzen und Vorträge, Reden oder Berichte
- Analysieren und einordnen: Hintergrundberichte und Monitorings als Fundament unseres Dienstleistungsangebots
- Planen, koordinieren und umsetzen: Sitzungen, Termine und Events
- Führen: Protokolle, Reportings, Listen und Ablagen

**Ihre Persönlichkeit**
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Feld der Kommunikation und des Office Managements
- Sie haben eine Affinität dafür, Botschaften zu schärfen und zu kommunizieren
- Sie sind engagiert, proaktiv und erkennen sofort, wo Handlungsbedarf besteht. Sie packen an und bringen sich aktiv ein
- Sie denken unternehmerisch und handeln umsichtig, vertrauensvoll und diskret
- Sie streben Spitzenleistungen an und wissen, wie man Bestresultate in komplexen Projekten erzielt
- Sie lieben Kommunikation und verstehen diese als Teil der Wertschöpfungskette einer Organisation
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer
- Sie sind gut organisiert, bringen sich mit viel Kreativität ein und behalten dabei die Bodenhaftung
- Sie verfügen über eine sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie sicheres Auftreten
