YOUR IMPACT

Happy employees = happy clients. As a Communications Manager, you're responsible to keep our clients' employees engaged with FELFEL, overseeing the different communication channels from concept creation to execution. Your role will be central to creating impactful engagement with our end customers and therefore driving client retention.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

If you are a customer-centric, content-savvy, skilled at copywriting with a passion food, then let's talk about specific responsibilities:

  • Own copywriting for B2B & B2C communication: creating impactful storytelling.
  • Own editorial calendar: creating awareness and visibility around FELFEL news.
  • Manage online and offline communication channels: Social Media (LinkedIn & Instagram), Newsletters, POS, App notifications, print material.
  • Assess the performance of individual communication channels, proactively thinking of ways to reach even more customers.
  • Be one of the end customer's voice at FELFEL: Monitor and analyse customer feedback through surveys and interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Support the Senior B2C Growth Manager in optimizing the customer journey and delivering moments of WOW to our end customers.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Fluent in Swiss German and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
  • Experience in copywriting and content creation with a flair for writing engaging and catchy copy.
  • Experience in B2C omnichannel communication: You find new ways to engage with our end-customers on a daily basis.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and ability to create a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Non-smoker: You never smell like cigarettes and don't smoke during the day: FELFEL is about healthy living.
  • EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit.
