VOTRE MISSION
Sous le lead du Directeur Retail, le Retail Support Manager à pour responsabilité de fournir un soutien opérationnel quotidien de manière transversale afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des processus administratifs commerciaux.
VOS RESPONSABILITES
- Manager en DIRECT une équipe de 3 personnes:
- Superviser une autre personne en management indirect sur la gestion administrative des contrats (Conditions Générales de Vente ; contrats de sélectivités ; rapports d'évaluation des POS ; Conditions commerciales)
Coordonner le back office des cycles de vente
Mise à disposition et suivi des tableaux de bord des lancements par retailers
Gestion du calendrier des lancements par cycle de vente
Création des bons de commande par lancements pour le Service Privilège
Organisation des réunions KICK-OFF SELL-IN avec les Customer Directors et les équipes marketing locales
- Suivre et garantir la fiabilité de la base de données client « portes Listing » de notre division
Garantir la saisie correcte des ouvertures et fermetures des portes en liaison avec le département Commercial et notre service base clients
Mise a jour annuelle du sell-out par porte et révision des classifications clients
Création des rapports zone de notre distribution
Assurer un rôle de coordinateur entre les équipes Retail Support du DACH et le HQ Suisse.
Mise à jour des tableaux de bord (KPI SELL-OUT et SELL-IN) à partir de Power BI.
VOTRE PROFIL
Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en Administration des Ventes, Support commercial et/ou Coordination commerciale
Aisance relationnelle et doté(e) d'une bonne expérience en management d'équipe
Polyvalent(e)
grande réactivité
Esprit analytique et bonne capacité à travailler avec des données Excel (création de tableaux de bord automatisés)
A l'aise avec les outils informatiques
**Bilingue**: Français, Allemand et une bonne aisance en Anglais serait un plus
Connaissance de l'industrie Cosmétique de Luxe en Suisse serait un vrai avantage
