Vous êtes fort(e) d'une expérience en digital et/ou dans l'univers retail ?

Vous avez un intérêt certain pour les enjeux retail et avez de fortes connaissances sur l'environnement et les outils associés ?

Vous êtes orienté(e) projets et clients ?

Votre sens du relationnel et votre enthousiasme vous permettent d'interagir aisément avec de nombreuses équipes ?

Votre écoute et votre diplomatie vous permettent de comprendre les enjeux de l'environnement retail et de proposer de nouvelles solutions ?

Vous maitrisez l'anglais ?

**Qu'attendons-nous de vous ?**

Au sein du département International Retail Performance, vous êtes rattaché(e) au Client Service Manager. Vous êtes en charge d'accompagner le déploiement de la roadmap des projets Service Client Retail, notamment sur les aspects digitaux et opérationnels en boutique.

Dans l'optique d'améliorer l'expérience Service Client et de rendre accessible notre offre de services, vous participez aux déploiements de nouveaux outils digitaux et services en ligne. Vous collaborez et agissez comme acteur clé avec l'ensemble des Maisons du Groupe pour une harmonisation efficace de l'ensemble des outils et pratiques.

En parallèle, vous êtes garant(e) de l'efficacité opérationnelle « Client Service » de nos boutiques. En ce sens, vous vous assurez de la bonne harmonisation de nos process en boutique et de la bonne implémentation de nos outils. Vous diffusez également les enjeux Service Client auprès de nos boutiques et assurez un rôle de formations et d'informations de nos pratiques.
