As part of the International Retail Department and reporting to the Head of Retail Development, you will be in charge of boosting operational efficiency, performance, and productivity in the markets.


You will make an impact by

  • Mastering and improving reporting tools (SAP Analytics) and systematizing the monitoring of market/boutique KPIs, including flash reports, productivity analysis, and rankings
  • Cobuilding, animating, and followingup market/boutique dashboards with retail managers and boutique managers
  • Defining and challenging action plans with markets following KPI analysis
  • Proposing, launching, and animating incentives to reach sales objectives
  • Coordinating and following up on specific tools and services driven by the Maison and the Richemont Group
  • Sponsoring the integration and implementation of omnichannel projects
  • Supporting the rollout and adoption of digital apps
  • Supporting Customer Service, Client, VM, and Store Design departments on all crossfunctional projects linked to improvements in operational excellence
  • Ensuring implementation and followingup of Customer Service tools in boutiques (demagnetizers, cleaning kits, engraving machines, etc.)
  • Participating in quality policy improvements linked to stock maintenance

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You hold a Masters' degree in Business or equivalent
  • You have 5 years of experience in Retail, including field experience (Store and network management), ideally internationally
  • You have strong understanding of the operational management of a store network, its KPIs, and the levers to improve them
  • You are agile with numbers, proven analytical skills, and expertise in driving performance
  • You have strong working ethics and ability to work independently as well as in transversal teams
  • You have experience in delivering crossfunctional projects; capacity to federate around a project
  • You have excellent communications skills (oral &written) in English; French a big plus
  • You are at ease with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (required); knowledge of SAP Analytics (or other reporting tools) is a big plus
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills, sense of initiative, creative mindset, and provide strong recommendations in project management
