Support and lead internal initiatives intended to strengthen VAC footprint in the circular economy and to offer VAC clients new ways to interact, with an utmost level of service.


  • Design the 3Y roadmap with senior management, and manage projects end to end, closely collaborating across departments within Vacheron Constantin and Richemont.
  • Bring to life and enhance existing circular economy initiatives and services.
  • Support Retail Teams with retail transformation required behind key initiatives.

[Change management] Increase uptake and adoption of existing CPO activities

  • Work closely across multifunctional team at HQ, within Richemont and with Markets to enhance the existing menu of VAC Circularity services that include i) Watchfinder Part Exchange ii) Digital Passports powered by Blockchain and iii) Les Collectionneurs
  • Track results, and regularly provide recommendations for optimizations to top management and to multifunctional teams
  • Lead change management, and turn recommendations into actions

Research and analyze external and internal data to bring to market new CPO initiatives

  • Research and analyze industry's insights and best practices on CPO models including tools, business models, communication / tone of voice
  • Contribute to financial models building and internal data collection/curation
  • Based on data research and analysis, recommend ways to move forward

[Project management] Contribute to the development of the Maison's CPO agenda

  • Cobuild the 3 year roadmap of enhanced and incremental CPO services with senior management
  • Define projects KPIs and success criteria in alignment with the Maison's end game
  • Lead the execution plan and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of operations run smoothly and all outcomes are realized
  • Monitor and report project and business metrics
  • Actively communicate project status/progress, points of attention/key blockers, and risk mitigation plans to all relevant stakeholders
  • Provide clear and actionable recommendations to senior management
  • Lead multifunctional teams on full operational mapping

[Strategic foresight and competitive intelligence] Be the expert on the CPO landscape across the luxury industry**- Constantly assess the rapidly changing consumer, competitive and innovation landscape to ensure CPO roadmap relevancy. This will include assessing the landscapes within Retail (DTC, Wholesale, Marketplaces) and Technology (evolution of blockchain potential, data transparency, traceability)

  • Assess acceleration possibilities of existing services to bring more client value
  • Evaluate new CPO opportunities and innovations, both incremental and disruptive, and provide recommendations / regular updates to senior management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder with 58 years relevant experience in Luxury retail or Hospitality (preferably in call center business)
  • Practical experience in operations, client engagement and ideally having possessed prior Retail interest
  • Demonstrates high curiosity to evolving consumer, retail and technological trends
  • Positive role model and highly selfmotivated with great levels of creativity, initiatives and enthusiasm
  • Presentation, analytical, negotiating, influencing skills and capability to drive performance
  • Strong proven ability to lead multifunctional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build professional working relationships at all levels balancing needs of all stakeholders internally and externally
  • Fluent in English (French language is a plus).
