Wir suchen eine Person, welche die Gen Z gerne erforscht und Freude an quantitativen und qualitativen Insights hat.
**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:
- Aufbereiten von Umfragen
- Aufbereiten von Leitfäden für die Fokusgruppen
- Auswertung der Umfragen und Fokusgruppen
- Unterstützung alltäglicher Arbeiten im D&I Team
- Erarbeitung von neuen Themenfeldern für unsere eigenen Umfragen
- Aufbereitung spannender Insights für Kundenevents
- Präsentieren von Ergebnissen (intern und bei Kunden)
- Vieles mehr
**Du bist bei uns goldrichtig, wenn folgendes zutrifft**:
- Du willst erforschen, welche Brands die Gen Z eigentlich so kennt und ob sie noch zum Bankschalter gehen (die Antwort dazu ist eher nein, aber es gibt noch 100'000 weitere Fragen)
- Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Programme (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch bereitet dir auch keine Probleme.
- Die Fragen, welche Snapchat-Ad-Anzeige, welches TikTok-Format oder welcher Claim am besten bei der jungen Generation ankommt, interessieren dich wirklich.
- Zahlen machen dir keine Angst. Auch die Leitung einer Gruppendiskussion zu Projekt-Themen würde dir Freude machen.
- Du checkst, was gerade so läuft und welche Trends auf Insta und TikTok so laufen (nicht alle, aber ein paar helfen immer)
- Du kannst selbständig arbeiten und organisierst dich gut
